Rifle Scopes latest news on the S@B 1-8x24 PM short dot

I was told by S@B that a certain number of these scope had been shipped to the US but a major fault was found and they where all recalled
and the production has been halted till this can be fixed
restart of production unknown

So are they actually tactical PM2 scopes, or similar to the Swarovski Z6?

I posted in the other thread but figured I would put here also so anyone looking here will get it as well. The 1-8x are not in full production or for sale yet so there was no recall as there have been no scopes shipped to the US as of yet. The 1-8x shown at the Shot Show may have had some problems from what I heard, but those problems are fixed and the prototypes will be out next month with production scopes available by October or November.
