At the 10 sec mark I see what looks like impact on the the thug's car door and at 15 sec one on the ground by the telephone pole. I am not so sure it was just a car horn.

If you look at shot direction it was coming for the car jackers firing wildly

We're (I'm) wanting to put a train horn into our truck. Some folks around here just needs to be 'woked up' when driving. The rocket-surgery that one sees when driving, is despicable.

"tolerance" and "acceptance" of mediocrity is contaminating civility. Do better. Expect better.
