Doesn't surprise me to say the least. Of course people are going to be weary of a man in a theatre who is apparently open carrying. I would have been scared of getting on a plan on 9/12 or 9/13 and sitting down beside a Muslim. Not because Im racist, but because of what happend the day before...

I would be curious of how they expect those charges to stick?
I for one don't see probable cause to arrest if he was doing everything according to law.

sound like he was open carrying. I would have had it under a jacket. Still BS, we need more Law Abiding CWP holders in this country.
