Lawton 7000 ?

I have a Lawton 7000. I know that it uses Remington 700 stocks and triggers, but could I use a Badger scope base and over sized recoil lug meant for the 700?

I think Seekins has or is gonna make some for the Lawton.

Otherwise it is Lawton base you must use. Make sure it is duracoated or Krylon / alumahyde it before mounting optics. They are CM steel.
