Check out the above link. The main guy running the show here is Tyler Hughes. He is recently out of the Marine Corp. read over his bio. etc....I was out at Pendlton back in Feb. 2012 for a class on barrels and cleaning etc... for the Scout/Sniper School and he was one of the primary guys that set it up.
Any ways he is out of the Service and is teaching the skills for anyone interested. Weather you are a LE/Military or a civilian shooter shooting tactical style matches or even F-TR matches with a bipod. He's good and worth looking into.
