Rifle Scopes Leatherwood ART II scope questions

I just got a Leatherwood ART II 3-9 scope in a deal, its one of the older ones that have a stamped serial number tag with ART II on it. It has a green power ring and eye piece.Has anyone used one of these scopes? Would it be worth hanging onto or should I just sell it? It seems to be in good shape. What is it worth?
