Quite a few options for LH short actions, but somewhat limited for LH long actions. I believe most of the reputable/known chassis systems have a LH short action offering for the 700.
It's a great time for southpaw shooters. Bout every chassis comes ambi, or can be ordered LH. Go peruse the Lefty PX here and there's pages of ideas.
LH SA Rem700 is the most produced as well.
