Legion Hex Fluted Barrels?

Has anyone seen or shot these in person?
I see good reviews but nothing more than Review based blogs.
I'm looking for actual third person reviews outside the "review business".

I really like the looks of them but want to know how accuarte/durable the barrels are.

Rumors are that they are Black Hole. Waiting on a 14.5 myself.

I'm going to call BS on the write-up, or at least one part of it; the claim that this barrel will shoot a guaranteed 1 MOA with M193 ammo. The FMJs simply aren't that accurate for the vast majority of production. Every once in a great while, you'll see M193 that will truly hold under 1 MOA, but that's damned rare. Most run 2, 2.5 or 3 MOA routinely, with pretty much the same specs for the heavier M855.

No matter how good a barrel, you can't "make" bad bullets shoot well. Just doesn't work that way.

I'm with Kevin on this one - I am skeptical. On the flip side, the same question has been asked on another forum and legion stood by their claims. I would like to see an unbiased review, but until then I am skeptical ...

Well , basically every brand of barrel I've had was 4 moa with some kind of ammo, but I'm usually able to find something that they like well enough to do moa or better - so I just ignored the accuracy claims. Inside, its a Black Hole barrel, which are generally well regarded, as far as I know.

MOA accuracy with M193 and other cheap 55gr FMJ???? Not gonna happen.
I would love to be proved wrong.
