Gunsmithing Lets spend some cash!!

I,ve got a 5r, IBA one piece ring/base. Wanna send out to give one of the fine 'smiths here some work. What do you suggest?? This rifle will be with me for a looooong time. Willing to spend up to 1000.00 +/- Going to be topped off with a Nightforce. Suggestions please

Shoot it first. If 1/2-3/4 MOA with "known" ammo why spend the $$$?
Save your $$$ for ammo etc.

Agreed. I took a 1/4 -1/2 moa factory 700 and spent 3000 on it...lol I always questioned myself why ! It's basically what you want it to look like. If your fine with the way it looks and it shoots... Be happy and save the money ! If you want the tacticoolness and got the money. There are many fine builders that frequent this site.
