Rifle Scopes Leupold 3.5x10??

Does anyone know the value of a Lepold Vari-X III X 40mm with target knobs? The Leupold number is 45254. It is a discontinued scope because it is not cataloged. I can't find any info on it. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

It is a Vari-X III, standard gloss scope, duplex reticle, if it has target knobs then they were added by Leupold. Or they could be after-market knobs, which is not an upgrade, IMHO.

They normally sell in $300-350. range, without any upgraded Leupold installed knobs. The Leupold MKII 3-9x40mm #62915 is a similar scope, and sells new for around $420.

What else do you need to know?

It does have target knobs. I searched Ebay and Gunbroker for one like it and had no luck. It just seemed odd that I could not find it antwhere.
