Rifle Scopes Leupold Illuminated TMR/MilDot available for VX3

I just talked to Leupold and found out that, while it is not listed on the site or in the Custom Shop, you can get at least some VX3 scopes (I asked about the 3.5-10x40 and the 3.5-10x50) with an illuminated TMR or Mil Dot reticle. I will be ordering one this week through a hide vendor.

I did not ask I was going to ask the shop where I ordered it from. But ordering it has been harder than I thought - it appears that you really need to order it straight from the custom shop, the Hide providers I talked to did not do business with the custom shop -if any of them do pls PM me!

However, on the custom shop site it says:
TMR reticle = $130
Standard Illuminated Reticle = $180

So I figure that the additional cost of asking for TMR + Illuminated, on top of the regular price, would be between $180 and $310.

Sure enough We live in the boonies N of Hartland, more or less 1/2 way btw Madison and Milwaukee.

thnak you for the response, im looking at sending my 2 8.5-25's for m-1 knobs and mil dot retciles, and know who knows.

Hmmm - I finally found out what the Custom Shop wants for it: $130 for the reticle (either TMR or MilDot), plus another $220 for the illumination - total $350 extra. That is a bit stiff...
