Leupold Mark 4 4x14x50 scope ring height?

I bought a Leupold Mark 4 in 4x14x50mm and am mounting it on a picatinny base on a Remington 700 HV. I want to use Leupold Mark 4 steel 30mm rings and am wondering if I can use the Medium height rings? They come in med, high and extra high. I want it as close as I can but allow for scope covers and a sunshade.

Mediums will work just fine. Had several over the years mounted in medium mark 4 rings.
