Rifle Scopes Leupold Mark 4 Reticle Change?

I have an older Leupold Mark 4 16x with a dulpex crosshair that I want to a 1\4 min Target Dot. Premier Reticle did this conversion in the past and did a great job but I understand they don't anymore. Is Leupold the only Company that does this anymore???

I contacted Leupold last week and they told me they would change my reticle from duplex to Mil-dot for $159.00 and a two-three week lead time.
