I have had a Leupold 4.5-14 x 50 mm MK IV scope for a while however it is marked .5cm on the turrets. From what I understand it is still a mil/mil scope with each click equal to .005 mrad. The scope has a mildot recticle.

Make that 0.05 Mrads per click and you'd be correct.
Leupold is oh so close to getting it right. The shooting community would much rather have 0.10 Mrad clicks instead.
