Rifle Scopes Leupold MRTs with "TS-30" Scope Markings

Are the MRT Leupold Mk4 Scopes marked with the "TS-30" available on the civilian market?? Or are they USG only?? I have never seen one for sale with the TS-30 on it, just the standard Leupold. Thanks Z

I know the 3-9 MRTs are now gone, but I was asking about the TS-30 markings. I have seem them on 3-9 and 2.5-8 MRTs but only on USG issue models, did they ever sell any with the TS-30 markings?? Thanks
