I use the Aimpoint PRO on this Colt for dedicated CQB on-steel training. I like it.
It is the optic used at the elite Rogers Shooting School on their Colt trainers.
Don't have the Leupold analog.

my vote goes for an Aimpoint. Cant beat the close range speed of a red dot. durability and battery life are exceptional. also not an Eotech fan, seen too many of those crap out when used on issued rifles. now if they could make an Aimpoint with an Eotech reticle.
