Rifle Scopes Leupold rings on picatinny base?

Do any of you guys know for certain if the Leupold QRW or PRW rings would fit on a Picatinny rail? Long story why I ask, but it basically involves giving me some flexibility to swap scopes between rifles.

I believe they will.

I haven't used these exact rings, but my ARMS 22 rings would clamp on my picatinny base on my 50 and I could pull it and mount on my warne type base on my remmy....

I have one rig with the QRWs on a picatinny rail.

Thanks for the confirmation guys.

Humble, the Warne rings look good, but I'm not sure I would like the design. Having to remove the entire ring from the base to get a scope off doesn't seem like a superior design. Since I have never used them, is there something I'm missing?

I would get either ARMS rings or LaRue rings. But the ARMS rings are a tighter fit if you ask me.
