Out to 600 yds for what use? Hunting, target shooting, et al.

The CDS system was built for hunters, that use an LRF, and then dial. It is what it is. A simple system. No math, no hold overs, hold under's or wind hold offs, no muss no fuss.

At 600 yds, IF your load is close to what the dial is calibrated for, and IF there is little or no wind, and IF your not shooting up or down at more than a 20% angle, and IF your target is big enough, you may actually hit your target, IF your rifle and you can shoot well enough.

See Simple.....

Then you are good to go......Just remember all the if's.
