Found a used Mk4 M1 3.5-10x40 FFP TMR for a good price last month and sent it right in for M5 turrets. Got it back today and it has not one, but two windage knobs. It gets real windy here, and I'm sure Leupold was just being thoughtful.

Sent this pic in to them. Hopefully they can just send me a new knob for it.

That is the ambidextrous adjustment feature. You have the option of mounting the scope with a left or right windage knob.

I went into a Scheels once and was looking at a rifle. Someone had installed a Leupold scope on it so that the windage knob was facing up, and the elevation knob was on the left, where a focus knob would be.

I thought it was Scheels that had dicked it. Maybe it was Leupold?

This scares me. I too ran up on a good deal on a Mark 4 ER/T a few weeks ago. I sent it in to them to have the TMR removed and an H58 installed. Tracking shows it should be here Monday. Sorry for your issue, hope they do better on mine.

$225 + tax for both turrets. Turnaround was about 2 weeks.
