Rifle Scopes Leupy Mark 4 6,5-20x50 ER M5 w/ TMR reticle.....

I kinda made myself believe this is the scope I should get.

Things I was looking for and seem to be into this scope :

- 30 mm. tube
- FFP
- 1/2 Mil reticle split (TMR)
- Mil/Mil reticle/turrets match
- Not too bulky/Heavy
- 100% US Made (Yes ?)
- Good quality (? right ?)
- Reasonable (High end) price


Do you Guys endorse this choice ?

Where is the website (retailer) from whom to get the best buy from ?

I liked the idea of matching reticle and adjustments so I took the plunge on one of these. Have been very satisfied with it but for my uses the FFP is not necessary. If you do not need the FFP and can wait Leupold has said that by the end of the year they will be able to change Mark 4 M1 to M5.

If you fit into one of the groups on promotive.com that is the cheapest route to go. I got mine on egay.

Be careful about ebay. I would go with a sponsor on this site or from the optic for sale. Also check out www.Leupold.com for info on counterfeit scopes. I have the 6.5-20x50 FFP M5. It is a great scope.

I am happy with mine. I like the features, reticle, quality of the scope. I haven't had a chance to take advantage of FFP but it's nice to know that it is there. I got a great deal on a new one on ebay, but I verified the serial# with Leupold to make sure it was legit before buying.

Yes, I do intend to pursue the FFP route and no, I ain't gonna buy off e-bay.

I appreciate the heads-up though....

For this kind of item, I prefer to pay a little more money and stay on the safer side...

I see your location as Va and Italy, If you are active duty military, you can purchase directly from Leupold at a very reasonable price.

Good choice for a scope, I have the same scope on my wish list.

I use the M5 on more of my steps and it works great.
