Course Description: Lightning Tactical LE Pistol/Carbine is a customized course designed for improving implementation of the patrol rifle and handgun in critical incidents. This course is drill-oriented and is ideal for LE officers who wish to improve their functional abilities with the handgun and carbine.
Required:
•properly functioning semi-auto handgun, .9mm to .45 acp
•personally owned or dept. issued AR-15
•holster and spare magazine holders/duty belt or deployment rig
•500 rounds of quality manufactured ammo for handgun
•500 rounds of quality manufactured ammo for carbine
•ear/eye protection
Class Structure:
The majority of this 16-hour course will be conducted on the range. Plan to be outside and actively engaged in modeling and practice (dress accordingly for weather). Lunch provided.
