lightweight hunting stock

I am looking for a lightweight hunting stock to replace the heavy walnut one on my Savage 110 30-06. What are some suggestions. This is the first time I have modified any rifle that I own so any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

B&C has a couple, I think the Duramax for a Savage 110 can be had around $100.
