Hey guys, looking to lighten my AR and am looking at all the parts as potential sources.

Currently running a Burris PEPR mount, does anyone make anything comparable that is lighter by 3-4oz? What about 1 piece options?

How much does your PEPR weigh? I have a Nightforce Unimount Ultraliight, which is 7075 with grade 5 (ie 6AL-4V) titanium crossbolts, jaws (and possibly crossbolt nuts?); I doubt it weighs a whole 3-4 oz. less, but I'm not sure what it weighs.

This place makes custom all-titanium rings/bases/mounts:

I have both..PEPR 12.0 oz 1" dia.... NF 9.0 oz it's the 20moa and 1.375H 30mm. Hope this helps.

I realize this is an old thread, but for the sake of setting the record straight for those using the search function to research these mounts... I'm not sure why Rum Runner's Unimount is so heavy. Mine weighs 5.4oz. Here it is on my Zieis postal scale:

I know the GG&G qd mount is around 5.5 oz. and if i remember right, the Larue and ADM's are around 8oz.
