I ordered a recoil lug last Wednesday over the phone and they told me it should be here by wednesday(2 days ago). Wednesday comes around I get a call saying that my card was declined for NSF. Not possible so I said I'll call my bank to see what's going on. I called back yesterday and told then to try the order again because my back seen no issue
I explained their delivery date is why I had made an appointment with the gunsmith to blue some parts. The girl apologized and said she could do "blue shipping"and get it to me by Wednesday. I told her I wasn't going to pay anymore and she said it's not much more so she'll just "take care if it" I said ok. I get an email for my invoice showing I did pay for the "blue shipping"
I'm not even going to mess with it anymore. I'm out my assembly of my build and bluing for another two weeks more because that's the next time the gunsmith will be blueing.
End rant

I went through the same similar issue with midway. Needed a part for Monday. Placed order Friday with one day delivery. Was told my part would be there monday. As i needed the part so i can reload in pa before i left out of state Monday night. Monday night comes still no part. Had to leave for PA and couldn't reload while there. Sucked as i was planning on shooting the vacation days i had off. Very disappointed.

With that said. I understand the person talking on the phone may not represent the company as a whole. But I was still disappointed i had payed overnight delivery charges for no reason. The part came Tuesday while i was in pa. So she said she could refund the difference between overnight and 2 day delivery. Bs. I wouldn't have ordered 2 day delivery and instead gone the normal delivery if that was the case of not gettin me my stuff by Monday.

But to your topic dont fault ptg as a whole for this. People screw up and its unfortunate. Just very frustrating.

Was the bank able to tell you why your card showed as NSF? At least PTG called you to let you know the problem. Sounds like the screw up was on you or your bank's end, and now PTG is getting the rap. Well, charging for the blue shipping when told "I'll take care of that." is kind of fucked up.
