LML Duramax question

Hopefully someone that’s more versed in Duramax diesels can help me. I have a 2016 GMC 2500 with the LML D max. The rear drivers side injector is leaking (#7 I think). It appears to be coming from the little plastic thing on top of the injector. What is that little plastic thing? I will post a picture later. Thanks for any pre-picture help that can be given.

There can be up to 29000 psi in the high pressure injector lines.

Hydraulic injection is a nasty thing.

Don't mess with them unless you have the gauges to verify pressure loss before cracking anything open.
