load data for hornady 195gr eldm's.

Does anyone have, or know where I can find, load data for hornady 30 cal, 195 gr eldm's?. I have what I believe to be their newest manual, but it only lists data for the 195 gr bthp (loading 300 wm). I wasn't sure if the data could be interchanged between the different bullets.

Sometimes when Hornady releases a new bullet they put the info on their web page for a little while- if it didn't make it into the book. I'm assuming you already checked there?

I can't think of a reason why the 195 bthp info wouldn't be safe. It's really just a bthp with a plastic tip. When they list the bullets they show the same load data for multiple bullet designs in the same weight. The OAL will be a little different- but that's easy to figure out. Does it list load info for the 200gr eldx? If it did I would just start with that info (beginning charge) and work up.

I didn't see it listed on the web site, but there is a chart for the 200 eldx. Guess if I wasn't about half brain-dead this week, I would have thought of using that chart. Thanks for the help.

The BTHP loads will get you close. I had em pretty equal in my 178eld v 178 bthp in my 308
