load data for remington 700 5r 300 win mag

Just got a Remington 700 5r in 300 win mag. I have never loaded or used any 300 win mags. I know it has a 1:10 twist rate. What weight bullet will provide me with the best results with the 1:10 twist? I want to have a very tight repeatable group. Wasnt sure if the 180 gr was going to be a bit light for what I wanted
