loading program?

Anyone have a program that can tell us how much powder to use in a case that holds 66 grains to the bottom of the neck.

It is a .224. I want to fire 75 grain A-Max at 3,500 to 3,600 feet per second.

Pick a powder, look on a reloading chart for your powder and work up a load. Also what cartridge, 66 grains of ?, and barrel length.

This getting old has its draw backs. I forgot to say 66 grains of water.

.22-06? I can't find much for it if it is. The .25-06 shows a few powders that run close to 3600 to 3700 fps with a 75 grain bullet. I don't know how much .25-06 data will help but it might get you to the right powder. LOAD DATA FOR .25-06 http://data.hodgdon.com/cartridge_load.asp LOAD DATA FOR .25-06. Good luck.

Loads for a .22-06 would work. Trying to use load for the same case with a much larger bore can certainly cause problems.
