Hello,

Been lurking around for awhile, finally set up an account and lurked a little longer. From upstate N.Y. I enjoy hunting with Bow and rifle for whitetail. Trying to get out west for some hunts.

Been doing mid range shooting for awhile, finally trying to step into the longer range stuff. Looking forward to reading through more posts and learning more about the sport.

Welcome aboard. I have been wanting to ask a new yorker, are the covid numbers real or fake?

I don’t really have a good grasp on it. If I had to guess... accurate.

I’ve been fortunate to keep my job throughout and I know a bunch of people who ended up getting it. But, also not as many as I would have expected. The city has so many people so close, that it’s inevitable to spread there.

I’m guessing that’s as helpful as everything else you’ve heard?

Im in upset NY and my wife is a CC RN. You can't believe our EMPEROR Cuomo or the news media. Yes Covid is a real thing. Many have died from it but many have had it w minor to no symptoms. To many deaths were reported as Covid deaths when it wasn't the case. Record numbers of testing now country wide,,,,of course numbers go up.

King asshole selflessly added to the numbers by making sure many seniors never saw daylight again.

Welcome to the Hide from Middle Georgia. This is a great place to get lost from the cares of the world and drop down the rabbit hole of ballistical fantasies of bullet drop. Root around some more and enjoy all the great info to add to your quiver. Got hurt at work several years ago and haven't been able to hold anchor on my bow since. Sux since that was my cheap guilty pleasure. Just put 36 arrows in the 40 yard target when you get home and don't give anything else another thought. Oh well, good to have another Brother on board. Hope to see some posts from ya or laugh together in the Bear Pit!

The rabbit hole is an expensive place to delve into... Usually I can't find myself a way out without a much lighter wallet.

Unfortunate about the injury. As much fun as shooting a rifle is, there is definitely something special about the bow. I'm nursing a shoulder injury, hoping I don't have to archery up.
