under 1100 fps will usually keep it under the transonic thing
the transonic thing also depends on temperature, barometric pressure, etc, so the range a HV rounded will "convert" greatly depends on environmentals , you can run your particular setup through a ballistic calculator to get an idea of where about it happens.
if your usual shooting distance is within that transonic distance, you should be OK, but the match / standard / subsonic ammo usually outperforms the HV stuff even within that distance (stability and consistancy).
most of your standard velocity, match, or subsonic ammo begins and ends under the sound barrier , keeping it "true" through the whole flight of the bullet.
