WTB Looking for 223 barreled action or complete rifle

Looking for a 1:7 or 1:8 twist 223 700 footprint barreled action or a complete rifle like a Tikka CTR, etc. Would like the barrel length to be 24" minimum, but would look at a bit shorter. Looking to keep the price sub $1,500.

Firearms - Tikka T3 223 Varmint in Sporter Stock with Lots of Extras

Have my eye on something, so letting some things go. This is a Tikka T3 in 223. Barreled action started out life as a 24" 1:8 varmint model. Josh at Patriot Valley Arms cut it to 20" and threaded it 1/2x28 for me. Added Mountain Tactical extended length rail (pretty sure it is a 20 MOA)...

Tikka t3 tactical with a heavy profile 20" 1 in 8 twist barrel. Slight modifications: re threaded to 5/8-24. I also put this in a ctr stock and installed the factory adjustable cheek piece. Happy to send the original stock along with it. Scope is a gen 1 6-24 vortex viper pst, ffp with erb2c...
