25 grains of varget shooting 55 grain bullets. Don't know how well 69 grain smk's will shoot out of that twist.

yes, i have a loading manuel, just looking to zero in on a short cut to save on hard to find componets. if you have no advise to offer......thats fine. i'll gladly help the next person when i can.
