Rifle Scopes looking for an inexpensive 10X MOA/MOA scope

I'm looking for something to top my .22 trainer. my big rifle has an USO ST-10 that is MOA/MOA and would like something that has the same power/dots/adjustments.
I was looking at the super sniper, but it is a Milreticle/MOA adjustments, no bueno.

anyone else have a sub $400 scope that has both reticle and adjustments in MOA?

Tough order to fill.

There are a couple that are mil/mil, but I don't know of any "inexpensive" scopes that are MOA/MOA.
