Anyone know where I can find one with the correct mounting hole pattern? I have a PIG saddle but i'm getting into ARCA and would like the option available.

I'd suggest an Area 419 rail, they have a universal model, then you just need some screws that match the factory panels to mount it.
Alternatively, buy a RRS head for your tripod that will work on picatinny or the wider RRS dovetail. Then you just need a factory pic rail.
