Looking for Capable Gun Smith

Building a 6.8 SPC AR Pistol.
Purchased a Noveske barrel that has a pinned and welded flash hider.
I have broker 2 bits and still have not been able to make much of a divot in the weld.

Who do you know that I can ship this barrel to and have the flash hider removed so I can attach a QD?

Any machine shop can drill that for you, just need a carbide drill or endmill. See if you can find one local that is willing to do it.

Have you asked local gun shops? This should be easy for them. I've had 2 pinned devices removed and pinned different muzzle devices to them.

Yes have been to 2 machine shops they both said the don't want to mess with it
The local gunsmith are too busy and don't want to mess with it.

Adco. ive seen a couple hack jobs come out of dwilson

Well that sucks. I can walk into almost any machinist in town and he'll do a job like that while we BS about the weather then he'll refuse to take payment for his 8 minutes of labor.

That would be news to me, he's pretty highly respected in LMT circles. What constitutes these "hack jobs"?
