I have a sako 75 varmint in 223. I love the rifle and have put it in a mcmillan stock and spent a bit of money on it. But, it has always suffered from poor extraction and ejection. Hunting with it this winter I noticed it is way worse in the cold or just time has made it worse. I know this is an issue with these rifles and this one is no afflicted pretty badly.
I am looking for a smith who can work on these rifles and might no a fix. Any suggestions?
As long as I am at it, I think I would probably get barrel cut down, threaded, action bedded and probably ceracoat the barreled action!
