I'm looking for a mount that will allow me to run a spotting scope and range finder on the same tripod; both devices have threading. Is anyone aware of such a thing?
Are you looking for a unit that slaves them so that you can look through the spotter and range what you're looking at? I remember seeing a unit like that, but I don't remember where, I just remember it cost a lot. Sorry I can't be of more help.
It's not cheap but it allows you to slave a LRF with standard camera-style mount to a picatinney rail. So either you mount it direct to a spotter with a rail (ie Spotter 45/60) or with a rail add-on like the TIM or SSAR:
