looking for THIS long range Tripod maker-Do U Know

saw them at this years SHOT Show. It was similar in design to Mcfaddens
http://www.mcfaden.com/Tripod_options.htm design and the gentleman that made them was in Texas. I have googled this for hours and cannot find....help appreciated
