Looking to add ACI. Any pics of Badger Gen II ACI?

I've been studying up on angle shooting and would like to add an angle cosign indicator to one of my rifle setups. I see the Sniper Tools product is well regarded but the typical Badger mount doesn't seem to want to play nice with my Surgeon action rail, Seekins 34mm rings, and S&B 4-16x50 scope (not enough room to see/clear all left hand dials).

Does anybody have the Badger Gen II mount with Sniper Tools ACI mounted with a similar setup?

I believe the Gen II might work for me being lower profile but would like some verification before dropping 160 duckets. Thanks in advance.

What is the difference between the two? I have no idea which one I have.

Well there you go.. Thanks Joe!

Its mounted with an S & B 4-16x50, Seekins lows and a fixed USO bubble. IT IS A VERY TIGHT SQUEEZE TO GET ALL THAT CRAP ON THE RAIL!! Only fits one possible way.

Thank a ton 19Scout77. That is exactly what I was looking for.

By any chance are those the low Seekins rings?

Hmmm, that's a good pic. So, if you didn't have the level on the rail, could you have put the ACI anywhere in between the two rings?

Not necessarily. The turret housing will interfere with the ACI mount, so if you mount your rings too close to the housing, the ACI mount will not fit. You may think--well then just move the rings--easier said than done as the ring location is limited by both the pic lugs and the scope bells.

On my rifle, because of the HTG's cheek, I needed the lowest rings possible--Seekins Lows. You can make it all work--just lay it all out ahead of time.

Now if I can only find a place to mount the Cupholder!!

One more thing. IMO, for most shooting, the level is more important than the ACI.

700P300, That looks like a great solution. I wonder if Seekins would do the same for his rings?

Re: Looking to add ACI. Any pics of Badger Gen II ACI?

We announced last year that we would be bringing the 6 screw rings back along with a few accessories like the bubble cap, a rail cap and also a ACI cap. Defensive edge designed the ACI/bubble cap for nightforce aprox 2 years ago and i have had a bunch of guys ask for something like that so we are going to do it this year. I have had the design done for a couple years, but no time to do it. Now we have a few employees and a few cnc's so it is all possible

Glen,

That would be most excellent. I can envision a rear cap with low profile level (so you can see over it easily for the elevation dial) and a front ACI somewhat raised and to the left (so you can see it over the parallax dial on most scopes).

That would be the killer solution! Sign me up!
