Gunsmithing Looking to align break on my Tikka CTR 6.5 Creedmoor

Wanting to purchase some crush washers for my Tikka CTR 6.5 creedmoor. I find several listed for 5/8x24 but they are for .308, should I disregard the cal. and purchase for it?

The washers go around the threads the bore has no relationship to the threads. You will be good to go.

I wouldn't use a crush washer at all for a muzzle brake. I like the PA Accu-Washer system. If you do use a crush washer you better check for alignment issues with a rod.
