Looking to see if it's possible to add a QD mount for a sling in place of the swivel studs on each side. Also want to know if it's possible to use a single point sling on a bolt gun. Using the current sling setup, when I sling the rifle on my shoulder the bipod digs in my shoulder. I have tried moving the bipod at diff positions in the rail but it's just uncomfortable. Only other option would be to remove the bipod until needed, but if I'm hunting I would like to have it on it instead of carrying the bipod in a pouch or something. Any input is welcome and if there is something I'm missing please let me know.
