looking to get info on a hunting lease S Texas

I've never hunted before and have always wanted to. Do any of you know on a good and cheap lease I could look into? How does a lease work, I would like something where I could go anytime I want all year. I've heard hog hunting is really fun and will probably be what I would want to get into. Not really looking for trophy game, just a decent place to have fun.

Good and cheap......that is rarer than a good cheap rifle scope.....almost nonexistent

lets say a farmer, has nice land but hogs a tearing up his property which =lost for him. I help control his problem and he puts some change in his pocket. We both come out ahead

The same farmer will likely be scared you will shoot his cattle or hurt yourself and sue him.

Farmers hate the hogs but they also realize there is money to be made.

I am not saying it will not happen.....just that it does not happen often. Get out there and ask....worse they can do is say no.
