lothar walther thread protector

hey all i recently purchased a lothar walther barrel from the E Auther Brown company for my cz 457, at the time the only barrel thread protector was from lilja the barrel dia.is perfect but the thread protector is a little long and the crown is receased about 5/16 of an inch ,will this cause me any issues , thanks all

i maybe answering my own question ijust looked at the flash hider onone of my ar's so i'm think no problem,what say

Ordered a thread protector from LW directly.
The 0.93" fit my Cz 455/455 stainless barrel like a glove.

no worries shot it this past weekend and couldn't be happier very small bugholes with lapua long range
