Love my 6.5 Creedmoor but about ready to run something else.

Between online, in the stores and every where else. 6.5mm bullets are hard to come by..."hunting bullets that is". Its time to start my fall load prep and get things dialed in for Coyotes and Deer. I'm running a 6.5Creedmoor and looking for a bullet like the 129sst or that exact bullet and can't find them. An example my local Academy has a damn fine reloading section they always keep it stocked. I went today to see if I could find something to load for the critters...nothing but ELD match bullets. OK great but I need hunting bullets. Yet right next to the 6.5mm bullet were the 6mm bullets. My God They had them all! 55grain vmax to 105match. Anything I could want to load they had. SO when I re-barrel the RPR it will be wearing something in 6mm!

I have some 129 sst pm me if you want them. Online is also a good option.

Just use the 140gr ELD for hunting, they'll do a number on coyote and deer and I seriously doubt you'd ever be able to discern a terminal effects difference between them and the SST.

Yeah i result to online to purchase a lot of my reloading needs. The only reason i wouldnt jump on the 6mm train is because of the reduced barrel life.. they are absolute hammers but the barrel life is not there for me.. i shoot coyotes with 69gr smk's out of my 5.56 ar all the time.. shot placement becomes more critical but they still drop. I think you would be fine shooting them with about any bullet out of the 6.5.... just my .02
