This course will be conducted over two nights. Class will start at 1600 on the first day (Friday) and end around 0300 in the morning (Sunday).

During this course we’ll cover:
-Intro to Night Vision
-Clip-on vs Stand Alone
-Zeroing & Zero Offset
-Infrared Marking
-Target Recognition & Identification
-Rapid Target Engagement Techniques
-Short, Mid and Long Range Target Engagements (100-800yds)

***We do have some PVS-30 Clip-on Night Sights and D-Bal Lasers for students to use but won’t have enough for an entire class. Students are encouraged to bring whatever equipment they have or would use normally. If you intend to use our equipment, please let us know at sign-up so we can ensure we have enough equipment set aside.***

Required Equipment:
-Rifle with Day Optics (recommended ring height of ~1.54”) and Night Vision Bridge
-200rds match ammo
-Bipods
-Rear Bag
-Eye Protection
-Hearing Protection
-2x Magazines
-Headlamp
-Batteries for your equipment
-Clipon or stand alone Night Sight (IR or Thermal)

Food and lodging is available approx. 30mins away in Tuscaloosa Alabama

Steel City Precision Is located 33°04'48.6"N 87°15'58.0"W, (33.080170, -87.266100). This range is in a remote location and not open to the public. More exact direction and reporting instruction will be given closer to the course. These coordinates are to the front gate and are given for logistics planning purposes.

Interested in the class in NE in Oct.
I've never used a NV clip on in front of a daytime scope.
Is it pretty easy to get used to shooting like that?
I'd hate to waste my time and yours if there's learning curve.
Basically have everything else to do the class though.

I wouldn’t say there is a large learning curve. But you won’t be the only person who is new to it. That’s why we run these courses.
