Rifle Scopes Lowest profile offset 45 red dots?

I'm looking to add a 45* offset red dot to my LPR which wears a 4.5-18 scope. I'm ideally looking for something with the lowest possible profile. I currently have an RMR which is mounted to a "low profile" picatinny base, which is then mounted to a 45* offset picatinny rail. The combination stands quite proud and it's a pronounced snag point, not to mention when the rifle is in a case and being transported, I have legitimate concerns about the RMR getting smacked repeatedly as it is visibly poking against the fabric of my drag bag.

What better options are out there? I'm leaning towards a Vortex Viper or Burris Fastfire III, but I am not having any luck finding a slim 45 direct mount.

You can choose between 45 degree and 33 degree. I believe the 33 degree was made for use with ACOGs or scopes with lower windage turrets (think NF 2-5-10x24.
