Rifle Scopes Luna Optics

I was doing some work and came across this. Anyone have any experience with Luna Optics? Did a quick google and not a lot came up. What do you think about it?

Why do you think the gov would have these? My guess is that they met the mil standard for a scope and got the gov to test them. Has anyone even heard of Luna Optics before?

Just because they call themselves "gov't surplus" doesn't mean they are.

We tested a bunch of stuff that never made it to the field and it all ended up at DRMO. To get to the testing phase it has to meet a spec. I bought one just for the hell of it. If nothing else it will go on the 22.
