Anyone know who is making the barrels for the LWRC REPR?

As strange as it sounds, IIRC, Ruger makes the REPR barrels for LWRC. Not 100% sure of this, but not alot of companies making hammer forged barrels.

Close. LWRC has been buying barrel blanks from Pine Tree Casting, which is owned by Ruger. They've recently been purchasing some if not all of their blanks from another source and should have their own hammer forging machine up and running sometime in the first quarter.
