M-4 style upper with 20-30 MOA cant?

Does anyone make a flat-top or M-4 style upper with 20-30 MOA of rail cant already built in?

Not that I know of built in, but Badger makes an add on rail...

Nightforce also makes a Uni Mount ring set up with 20 MOA built in

Accuracy Speaks makes a 20 MOA rail, also.
