This course is a Basic 2 day pistol course focusing on building a Solid Foundation of marksmanship fundamentals and an emphasis on everyday applications. This course is for beginners or intermediate shooters looking to sharpen their skills. Students will leave with the confidence and understanding to employ their pistol whether training, defending, or competing and the Knowledge and skills to continue building those marksmanship skills long after the student leaves the course. Students will engage targets from 1 yard to 100 yards. Cleaning gear and solvents are available for use as well at no additional cost.

Gear Needed:


Max Ordinate recommends each student possess a pistol that they are familiar with and will be working with for the foreseeable future to get the most out of the course. At least 2 magazines, and magazine holsters as well as a pistol holster that the student can manipulate with relative ease. There are no limitations on pistol caliber or ammo type (brass or steel cased, hollow point or ball).
